Founding Director
A new chapter
Guillaume Multrier
Guillaume qualified as a Civil engineer back in France. He moved to Singapore in 1999 and worked in the Design & Construction industry since then.
In 2007, he co-founded DNDB and brought his expertise in construction, local regulations and project management.
In 2020 he founded gmdb to start a new chapter in his story. Over the years, he has supervised more than 300 construction sites from start to completion. His “savoir faire” brought him recognition from both clients & contractors.

Working around the dateline, we construct a detailed schedule for the project. We ensure that we meet the dateline.

Budget & Costing
Understanding your requirements, we create an ideal timeline for the project and explore the possibilities within the budget.
Construction
With our site manager on site, you can be assured that things will be taken care of.
Procurement
Ease your worries as we take on the lead to procure the items needed in building your ideal office.
Design Documentation
Creating a construction drawing set that consists of the various plans to carpentry drawings. These drawings will be implemented on site.
Approval
Besides submitting documents to the building management, there are submissions needed for the government to approve and we are experienced to with it.
Maintenance
Our service does not end after handing over the office, we continue to work our best to serve you.
Submission
We work closely and take care of the submissions needed with the building management.
